Ouverture des inscriptions à la loterie des visas de résident permanent de l’année 2018 souvent connue par le terme « Green Card » à partir du 04 octobre jusqu’au 07 novembre 2016. La participation est totalement gratuite. Chaque candidat doit déposer une seule demande sur le site: www.dvlottery.state.gov.Le Département d’Etat Américain met en garde les participants contre les sociétés ou les individus qui prétendent être des auxiliaires du gouvernement des Etats-Unis et offrent de fausses garanties de réussite en contrepartie d’honoraires. Le processus de la loterie est géré uniquement par le Département d’Etat Américain et la sélection des gagnants se fait par tirage au sort électronique. Aucun individu ou société n’est en mesure d’améliorer ou de garantir les chances de réussite des candidats.
